Original period manufacture. Heavy 15 inch steel blade with a 1945 date and makers name on the reverse ricasso. The blade has been sharpened for use with a rough factory finish to the surface. Black composition grips secured with five steel rivets. Leather bodied scabbard & blet loop with pommel strap. The reverse of the belt loop shows makers markings and what looks to be 1944 date, a little faint so not quite sure.
