Original era manufacture. A very nice condition, chamois lined, brown leather flying helmet with internal wiring. Inside the black rubber extended ear cups are Air Ministry marked radio receivers, which connect to a long, brown cloth covered wire ending in a brown bakelite lead with brass rod. Gray rubber G-Type oxygen mask with hose and attaching clip. Cloth covered, braided wire electrical lead which extends from the nose fitting of the mask, plugging into the lower left of the helmet body. The wire has pulled away from the black plastic connector but can be re-inserted for display. The oxygen mask shows some small breaks in the top edge, and the copper wire reinforcement bar has been removed. Overall the set displays quite nicely, the price includes the display head.
