Original era manufacture. Canvas satchel which is maker marked under the flap M.E.Co (Mills Equipment Company) 1941. On the outside of the flap is stenciled Admiralty First Aid Outfit Fleet Air Arm. Normal age andwear with soiling from use, includes its original shoulder strap. Pouch measures 8x8 inches with a 3 inch wide side gusset.
