Original era manufacture. Tan canvas satchel with a stenciled red cross emblem on its front. Maker marked and dated under the flap M.E.CO.1939 (Mills Equipment Company). Inside the satchel are 10 Australian made and WWII dated shell dressings. Nice complete set showing typical age and wear, no damage.
