Original era manufacture. 1942 dated steel helmet with an olive brown painted finish. 1st pattern khaki cotton chinstrap in good repair. The liner is complete with a size 7 1/2 on one of the support straps but I cannot find a date. Nice period net stretched tightly over the exterior. A solid example for display or living history.
