Original era manufacture. 1942 dated steel helmet with an olive brown painted finish. 1st pattern khaki cotton chinstrap in good repair. The liner is complete with a date of 1941 V.M.C. Nice period net stretched tightly over the exterior. A solid example for display or living history.
