Five shot, .31 caliber pistol, serial number 142632, (1858) matching numbers throughout, including the wedge. Note that the loading lever and wedge have an abbreviated number, 2632. The cylinder indexes properly, the nipples show little evidence of use. About 50% of the original silver finish remains on the brass trimmed guard and back strap. The pistol action is tight and true, with an even dark finish to the barrel, cylinder, trigger and loading lever. Original varnish finish to the wooden grips.
