Original era manufacture. Polished steel yataghan shaped blade which is maker marked Weyersberg, Solingen on the ricasso. The blade is in original polish, and is quite clean except for the point, which exhibits corrosion staining and light pitting. I cleaned it up a bit since the photos were taken, so looks a tad better.Standard pressed leather grips with a checkered design in sound condition, with polished steel pommel and guard with no issues.Black leather bodied scabbard with no creases or breaks, stitching is sound with a bit of opening to the seam above the lower scabbard fitting.
