Original era manufacture. Very clean polished steel blade with the Weyersburg name on the reverse ricasso. Steel patina finish to the guard and pommel, with pressed leather grips, and an operable lock mechanism. Basically sound black leather bodied scabbard with intact stitching and a few creases but no breaks. Steel patina finish to the throat and chape. A light, intelligently done bath would work wonders on this nice old bayonet.
