Original period manufacture. A Danish made bayonet, the blade, tang and pommel are one piece of machined steel. Nine inch polished steel blade with makers markings on the ricasso.Sound wood grips which are secured by two brass rivets. Black leather bodied scabbard with sound stitching but has shrunk slightly from age.
