Item #69559 : Original period manufacture. Well made double sided red cotton flag with four cloth mounting tabs along the hoist. The flag measures 35 x 60 inches, displaying on each side is a direct embroidered cotton insignia of the East German Socialist Party Kampfgruppe Units. Included with the flag are six period award streamers, one of which has the same Kampfgruppe emblem, the remainder display embroidered unit names or dates. Lastly four award documents with decorative covers are included. I have not taken the time to translate these but several relate to flags. Should be a fun research project.
