European 19th Century Cuirassier Breast Plate

Original era manufacture. A heavy gauge steel breastplate with brass trim. There is an assortment of issue numbers stamped into the steel, but no year date, or makers name that I could find. This is not a decorator piece, rather a service grade cuirass, the last vestige of knightly armor, still worn by combat troops in the early months of WWI.Normal age and wear, minimal surface corrosion, no pitting to or other damage to mention.
