Original era manufacture. Curved, polished steel blade measuring 23 inches in length, in good repair with a nice sheen to the metal surface. Typical age staining but not pitting. Marked on the ricasso, * D.Two piece, cast brass grip and guard., displaying a nice old brass patina. Marked Crown FA (Belgian) on one side of the ricasso, and a serial number and letter S on the pommel.Very clean, normal age and wear, no scabbard.
