Original era manufacture. Classic French design with a three branch brass guard with a floral design and initials on the pommel. 32 inch polished steel blade with a slight bend near the tip. Carved horn grip, brass patina to the guard, backstrap and pommel. Single suspension ring black painted steel scabbard, shows an old repaint, now missing in spots. Sword is sound, does not rattle.
