Original era manufacture. A clean example with a brass pommel and sound wooden grips. T-shaped polished steel blade measuring 21 inches in length, evensteel patina finish to the guard. Near dent free blue steel finished scabbard, with light surface corrosion. Mismatched numbers as usual.There are a few minor bumps to the grips, but overall this is a very clean example of this well-made bayonet.
