Original era manufacture. Gladius inspired weapon, with a 19 inch polished steel, double edged blade. The blade is clean, with original polish visible. Scattered spotting and staining from old cleaned surface corrosion, no deep pitting to the surface. Heavy cast brass guard and grip with a mellow patina finish. Sound black leather bodied scabbard with brass trim.
