French Pre WWI, Dark Blue Fatigue Jacket

Original era manufacture. Waist length, dark blue wool jacket, stamped brass Foreign Legion buttons throughout, including the securing button for the wool bayonet support strap. Heavy white cotton lining with several costume house markings can be seen. Size is about a  40 regular. Overall the material is in clean condition, with no moth issues that I could see. The costume house (UCI) took pains to mark the interior of the coat as GENUINE, noting that it was not a costume. Thank goodness for the costume houses, they were the ones who saved many of these old uniforms we collectors enjoy so much from the rag-pickers.
