Item #69073 : Original period manufacture. Helmet and badge color match, with a nice "bloom" around the badge edge showing that it has been in place for a long time. Original chinstrap with a brass square nut and screw hold the open end of the chinstrap in place, just the thing an engineer would do. Sound original leather liner with corrugated aluminum spacers. The paint surface has a matt finish to it, just a nice solid example overall.
