Original period manufacture. Classic French Infantry helmet of the Great War 1914-1918. Matt dark Horizon Blue painted finish with the Infantry bursting bomb emblem at front. Nearly 100% of the original painted finish remains, has a very nice liner, but only half of the leather chinstrap, which has been intricately  braided by the original owner. Helmet size is about a 58.
