Original period manufacture. Removable, German style filter canister, with a treated cloth facemask and clear lenses. The neck strap and head harness are intact, the mask itself has stiffened from age, but can be moved and formed into its proper form for display.Brown painted canister of ribbed steel showing normal age and wear.
