Original era manufacture. 45mm copper cigarette lighter which is complete with its striker wheel  and wick.  On the obverse is a cartoon image of the Prussian Crown Prince with Paris below. On the reverse, the same profile is shown, this time the Prince is weeping because of the German defeat at the Marne. The sides are slightly concave.
