Original era manufacture. Three, 30 mm gold color alloy coins, which decry the suffering of the German people in November-December 1923. Each coin gives the values of food in November 1, 1923, November 15, 1923 and December 1, 1923. For example, a loaf of bread on 1 November 1923 was 3 billion Marks, 15 November 1923 it was 80 billion Marks, and on 1 December 1923 that same loaf of bread was 260 billion Marks. Saddled with wartime debt and huge reparations from the Versailles Treaty, the German economy collapsed as their money became virtually worthless. This to led to widespread civil unrest and helped Hitler to gain power during this time of turmoil.
