Original period manufacture. Clean, chrome finished blade measuring 34 inches in length, running straight and true, with minor wear and use. Chromed steel guard displaying a peppering of light corrosion pitting. Black plastic covered wooden grip, which is bound with triple strand wire. There are a few small chips in the black plastic covering. Steel patina finish scabbard, showing a few scattered dents along its length. Wrapped through the suspension loop is an original leather enlisted faustriemen.
