German Blucher Pattern Sword, Cut-Down

Original period manufacture. Ok, first to admit I'm not quite sure what is going on with this old sword, it may not be a cut-down at all, perhaps its original manufacture length. The blade measures 25.5 inches in length with an intact fuller and a tapered width to the tip and a slight false upper edge measuring just over 3 inches. I placed the blade on our 1855 manufactured 1809 sword and the fullers  on this example are slightly longer than the one in our collection. The blade is clean, showing typical age staining and evidence of an old sharpening to the cutting edge. Dark steel patina guard and pommel with a leather wrapped grip. No markings to be seen, none, zero. What is it?
