Original era photography. A clear image of a Prussian Dragoon Officer, full length view, with the subject standing clasping the hilt of his sword in both hands. A canteen flask can be seen on his right hip, and the outline of a binocular case on his left. His service cap is tucked under his left arm and on his chest he wears the 1870-71 Campaign Medal.
