Original period photography. Identified sepia image of Lt. v. Wallhoffen, KIA on the 16th of August 1870, at Gorze, part of the Battle of Mars-La-Tour. Altona photographers logo on the reverse. He wears the campaign cross for the 1866 War on his chest.
