Alexander Coppel logo on the reverse ricasso Matching steel patina finish to the guard and locking bar, with a mellow brass patina finish to the grip. On the blade is an old collector's tag reading, "Fits 71 Mauser".Brass mounted, black leather bodied scabbard with a standing loop favored by the Bavarians. The stitching is sound and the blade fits the scabbard properly. Unit markings can be seen on the scabbard body and brass chape.
