Original era manufacture. Heavy, brass gripped Faschinenmesser made by PDL, and displaying King Albert of Saxony's cipher on the ricasso. The blade measures 19 inches in length, is clean, no nicks in the cutting edge, and displays a nice old steel patina with no pitting. No scabbard.
