Original era manufacture. A very high quality decorative plate, with a three dimensional design which depicts Chancellor Bismarck meeting with the defeated Napoleon III after the battle of Sedan, September 1870.No damage, measures 6 inches across, with a small cloth loop at the top for hanging.
