Original era manufacture. German Imperial Franco Prussian War era Pioneer wall emblem. At least that's our take on this interesting piece of insignia. White metal anchor with crossed oar and boat hook, with a raised center showing a red outlined Iron Cross with the 1870 date at it's base. It measures 3x4 inches. The fluke of the left side of the anchor is missing, as is a small portion of the bottom of the boat hook's pole.
