Original era manufacture. From the estate of Major General James Bevans, is this nice quality Solingen made hunting knife or dagger. Six inch polished steel blade with a nautical motif on one side of the blade, lots of crossgrain polish visible. Imitation stag grips, original leather scabbard. Very clean overall. During WWII General Bevans served with the USAAF and brought this knife home when he returned to the USA.
