Original period manufacture. Standard model sword with two carrying rings on the scabbard. Chrome finished blade measuring 33 inches in length, WKC logo on the ricasso, numerous nicks in the blade along it's length. Scattered spots of lifting of the chrome finish, overall the blade remains bright. Darkened brass patina finish to the non-folding guard and pommel cap, shagreen wrapped grip bound with triple strand wire, Wilhelm II cypher on the grip. Steel scabbard, fairly dent free with a plated finish. Mix of steel patina and plating to the surface, both throat screws remain intact. Overall the sword needs a bath, but is otherwise complete and sound.
