Original period manufacture. Chromed steel, blade measuring 30 inches in length, runs straight and true with the Eickhorn back-to-back squirrel trademark behind the obverse langet. No nicks in the cutting edge or corrosion issues to the surface.Gilded cast steel grip with a lionhead pommel, fitted with red glass eyes. Black plastic wrapped grip, bound with triple strand wire.Black painted steel scabbard, with both throat screws remaining intact, with 90% original finish remaining. No denting to the surface. Dark patina to the guard.
