Original era manufacture. Dark green wool top, with yellow piping and a pompadour red cap band. No moth issues to speak of, save for a spot of fairly deep crazing at the 10 o'clock position at the top of the hat. Under magnification, this more like a very careful repair of moth damage; the cap has not been crushed or broken. Brown leather sweatband with a faded silk lining displaying minor staining from wear.
