Original era manufacture. Enlisted Ulan pattern shoulder paddles, pair, with dark blue wool top, and red wool underlay. Perhaps for Garde Ulan (Landwehr) Regiment, circa 1830's-40's. Mothed on the undersides as shown, missing one attaching hook. Considerable age and wear, yet remain basically sound with a wonderful old patina.
