Original era manufacture. A clean wartime made sword with a gilded steel guard and pommel. The chromed steel blade measures 29 inches in length and runs straight and true, no corrosion issues, large E.Pack & Son logo on the ricasso. Folding steel guard with a gilded wash. Black plastic wrapped grip with cypher, bound with triple strand wire. Original black paint finish on the steel scabbard, single carrying ring, no dents. An honest 100 year old infantry officers sword, which still retains it's original leather finger loop inside the guard.
