Original era manufacture. A wonderful looking German Imperial era crowned eagle, measuring 42 x 45 mm. Inscribed and dated on the reverse: Dem Fleiss Fahrer im 1897, "Diligent Driver". Excellent detail with a loop at the top for suspension. Frankfurt A/M makers mark on the reverse.
