Original era manufacture. Matched pair of pre-WWI medical officers dress shoulder boards, or epaulettes, in the rank of Hauptmann. Black velvet tops with a large brass caduceus and two rank pips on each. Red wool underlay with a brass securing hook. Mothing to the underlay as shown, the tops are damage free.
