Original era manufacture. A pre-WWI medical officers dress shoulder board, or epaulette, in the rank of Oberarzt, or Oberleutnant. Dark blue velvet top with a large brass caduceus and one rank pip. Red wool underlay without a brass securing hook. Mothing to the underlay as shown, the top is damage free.
