Original era manufacture. A Fusilier officers pattern sword, displaying the Knights helmet logo with the letters WKC below. The chrome finished steel blade measures 32 inches in length, is clean, with no corrosion issues, with a slight s-shaped bend in the steel, a fact of life with a pliable leather scabbard.Mellow brass patina finish to the guard, fishskin wrapped grip, bound with triple strand wire, with one small section of wire being loose.Very sound black leather bodied scabbard with tight stitching and no breaks in the leather. Mellow brass patina finish to the scabbard throat, lower suspension fitting and drag, with wear to the metal on the drag from service use.
