Original era manufacture. German Imperial era child's sword (Kindersabel) with a WK&C proof on the ricasso. Made in the form of a Cavalry pattern sword with nearly the same quality as a full-size service modal. The overall length is 34.5 inches with a 28 inch plated steel blade, which runs straight and true out to a rounded point. Etched panels on each side of the blade, with a serial number 745 on the reverse ricasso. Alloy plated guard with a molded ribbed grip, and a period cloth miniature knot attached to the grip.
