Original era manufacture. Private purchase bayonet with a bird-head pommel and sawback spine. Blade measures just under 10 inches in length with a slightly blunted point. Plated finish to all metal components of the bayonet, horn grips displaying some moth nibbling on the edges. Steel patina scabbard with a worn patent leather frog.
