Original period manufacture. High quality stamped brass eagle wappen with a plated silver was to the obverse. Gilded brass crossed hammers and Lippe flower at center. Original screwpost reverse, with original hex nuts. There likely was a crown atop the eagle's head at one point, removed after WWI.
