Original era manufacture. A clean example of the WWII S84/98 bayonet, maker marked J. Sch and dated 1939 on the spine.  Dark plum bakelite grips, with no denting on the flashguard. Clean original finish blue steel scabbard which is maker marked Clemen & Jung and also dated 1939. The point is slightly blunted, most of the original finish remains on the blade.
