Original era manufacture. Identical to the German army issue S98 bayonet but made for export to Peru. Complete with its original black leather bodied scabbard. The bayonet is very clean no issues with the metal surfaces, beyond some very light staining, really only storage wear. Original finish wooden grips showing light marring from handling and storage, Peruvian crest on the top of the pommel. Matching serial numbers guard to scabbard, 13428.Very sound black leather bodied scabbard with tight stitching and bright steel throat and chape. The only issue to comment on is that the ball tip of the scabbard showslight pitting from old cleanedcorrosion, and staining to the surface.
