Original era manufacture. A nicely made, multi-piece constructed badge of silvered alloy material. The Schwarze Schar motto is one used to describe the old Brunswick Hussars of Napoleonic fame, the Black Horde. Profile of a stahlhelm over crossed bayonets, maker marked reverse. Measures 37x42 mm.
