Original period manufacture. Postwar produced helmet which is based on the WWII German M1935-40 steel helmet, as issued to the newly formed Bundesgrenschutz in the early 1950's. Rough combat green painted surface, complete with it's original adjustable liner and chinstrap. Size marked 53-57, with the name Burger painted inside the rim. Normal age and wear.
