Original era manufacture. Bright finished quill back blade which is crown W 01 stamped on the top of the spine. One piece wood grips, unit marked on the guard 69. R. 8.192.. Black leather bodied scabbard with sound stitching. The blade is clean with an Erfurt proof on its ricasso. Sound wood grips showing typical marring from service use but not cracked or chipped. Sound stitching to the scabbard body, metal throat and chape have been cleaned.
