Original Pre WWI publication. A very nice, large format, soldiers service-time album depicting his time with the IInd company, 3rd Jager Battalion. With the regimental device done in embossed gold leaf on the front cover. The album consists of eleven, thick cardboard pages, with20 large format, excellentquality original photographs, each individually mounted in to the page. They vary in size from 5 x7 inches, to 7.25 x 9.5 inches. In addition, there are eight original CDV type images of his individual comrades, with empty slots for 10 more.The book is quite sound for its age, just normal handling and wear. The photographic content is outstanding, we have selected a few images to show here to give you an idea.The book itself measures 13.5 x 11 x 2 inches. From our own collection.
