Original period manufacture. A beautiful example of this popular bayonet. Second pattern two piece wooden grip with chromed finished pommel, guard and scabbard fittings. The blade is in near new condition with no issues, unmarked as to maker. Very sound scabbard leather which fits the blade properly, stitching is tight, only minor flaw is a slight crease about two thirds of the way down its length. It would be difficult to improve upon this one.
